A word from Neil the proprietor of Anatolia-
I have travelled around the world a few times, including most of Europe, Middle East, Hong Kong, China, Canada, Central & South America, Africa and more, I dined at the best of the best restaurants around the world, I noticed that only a few restaurants go out of their way for their customers and some of the restaurants go out of their way for their food. As for myself, whenever I visit a restaurant, first thing I check out the bathroom, and after the meal I rate the restaurant based on the dessert (I know that sounds a bit strange) but the bathroom tells me something about the kitchen, and the desserts tell me something about the attention to detail of the Chef or GM, I have to say that RARELY did I find a restaurant that has it all, food (including quality, taste, freshness and presentation) service, cleanliness and reasonable price.
That's the main reason I opened Anatolia, I wanted people to have a WOW experience, including having good food, good service, good price, nice ambiance, clean environment, and I told my manager, I will never settle for good food (specially that we are located in restaurant row) the food has to be AMAZING, Period. Finally I assure every person that walks into my restaurant that we never try to save money when it comes to the Kitchen, Period. Please come in to Anatolia knowing that you are ALWAYS right no matter what, we pay so much attention to detail, and all our portions are generous, and our desserts are WOW.
